For Online Courses, Bundles, and The Aligned CEO Mentorship

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Student,” “Client,” or “Buyer”) and BROW ALIGNMENT™ LLC (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”). By purchasing any Online Course, Bundle, or The Aligned CEO Mentorship™, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. GENERAL TERMS

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase.

  • All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the program(s), no refunds are granted under any circumstance.

  • By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Payment Plan Policy.

  • We reserve the right to modify content, update training modules, and adjust delivery methods at any time.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our online course, immediate access to all digital materials and the limited-capacity nature of the mentorship, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or transfers are permitted under any circumstances.

A chargeback or dispute will result in immediate removal from all course access, mentorship containers, and future programs.

3. ONLINE COURSES, MENTORSHIP & BUNDLES

3.1 LIFETIME ACCESS

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course, not the lifetime of the student or business. If the course retires or the platform changes, students will be notified.

3.2 PAYMENT OPTIONS

Students may purchase:

  • One Payment (credit card, Apple Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna)

  • Two Payment Plan - ONLY FOR” Aligned Ceo Mentorship”

3.3 MISUSE & SHARING

  • Sharing login information, content, videos, theories, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

  • Legal action may be taken if materials are distributed without permission.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, modules, videos, techniques, frameworks, document, methods, branding and training materials — including Brow Alignment™ — are protected intellectual property. Students may not:

  • Copy, Teach, Reproduce, Resell, Distribute, Present as their own work

Violations will result in removal from all programs and possible legal action. Violation of IP rights will result in legal action and removal from all programs.

5. RESULTS DISCLAIMERS

  • We do not guarantee income, booking levels, client results, business outcomes, personal or professional outcomes.

  • You are solely responsible for implementing the material.

Results depend on your effort, skill, time commitment, and implementation. You understand you are responsible for your own progress and decisions.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for:

  • Business losses damages, injuries, or business outcomes

  • Booking inconsistencies

  • Injuries resulting from improper brow procedures

  • Technology failures beyond our control

  • Decisions you make based on the program

7. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By purchasing, you authorize BROW ALIGNMENT™ LLC to charge the payment method provided for the full amount, including automatic installment payments when applicable.

8. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to revoke access for breach of these Terms, disrespectful behavior, or misuse of materials.

9. WEBSITE & CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The information on this site is for general informational purposes only. It may not always reflect the most current, complete, or precise data.   2. Violating local, national, or international laws, rules, or regulations.

  3. Infringing upon or misusing the intellectual property or rights of others.

  4. Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against anyone based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, nationality, or disability.

  5. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  6. Uploading, distributing, or introducing viruses, malware, or harmful software.

  7. Sending spam, phishing attempts, or performing unauthorized data scraping.

  8. Using the site for immoral, offensive, or inappropriate purposes.

  9. Attempting to bypass, interfere with, or compromise security measures on the site or related platforms.

Enforcement:
BROW ALIGNMENT™ LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if any of these rules are broken.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

By purchasing or accessing any course or mentorship program, you acknowledge:

  • You agree to be legally bound by it
